My Invite Card · Last updated: 2 October 2026 (moi register and history, thank-you messages, UPI ID and live stream link added)

My Invite Card lets you design invitations, share them as a link and see who is coming. We collect only what the app needs to do that. We do not sell data, and we do not use analytics or tracking tools.

What stays on your phone

Drafts you have not shared, and your settings.
Guest phone numbers. If you import guests from your contacts, the app reads only the people you pick, and their numbers never leave your phone.
Reminders are scheduled on your phone.
Camera. Door check-in and the moi table use the camera only to read guests' QR codes while the scanner is open. No photo or video is taken or saved.
Moi register and history. The gifts you record (names, towns, cash, UPI and gift details), and the moi you note giving at other people's functions, are kept only on your phone and are never uploaded.
Thank-you messages, and the photo you add to them, are prepared on your phone and sent through WhatsApp or the app you choose.
Exports (guest list and moi register spreadsheets, summaries) are created on your phone and go only where you choose to share them.

What is stored online, and why

Your account: when you sign in with Google, your Google name, email and user id; when you sign in with email, the name and email you enter and your password (stored only in hashed form by Firebase Authentication, never readable by us). This makes sure only you can edit your invitations. Email accounts get a confirmation email, and password-reset emails only when you ask for one. If you add a phone number when signing up (optional), it is saved with your account and pre-filled as the contact number on new invitations; you can change or remove it there before sharing.
Invitations you share: the text you typed, the design, your photo and gallery photos (if you added them), a preview image, and the UPI ID for gifts and the live stream link if you add them (shown so guests can send their gift or watch). Anyone with the link can see a shared invitation. Nobody can list or search invitations.
Guest list for personal links: each guest's name and group (no phone number), whether the link was opened, the reply the guest sends (yes / maybe / no, number of people and an optional note), and the time the guest arrived if you use door check-in.
Notifications: if you allow them, a push token for your phone (so we can tell you when guests reply, open your invitation or write a wish), your app language and which notifications you switched on; plus a list of those alerts you can read in the app. Signing out removes the phone; deleting your account removes all of it.
Crash reports: if the app crashes, Firebase Crashlytics sends a technical report (what went wrong in the code, phone model, Android version, app version and a random installation id). It contains no name, email, invitation or guest data, and is used only to fix bugs.
App integrity check: Firebase App Check asks Google Play Integrity whether requests come from the genuine app on a real device, to block abuse. Only a short-lived token is sent; it contains no personal data.
Premium purchase: the Google Play order id, so Premium works on all your phones. Payment details are handled by Google Play and never reach us.

Data is stored with Google Firebase (Firestore, Cloud Storage, Authentication and Cloud Functions) in Google data centres.

The free version may show a banner ad from Google AdMob on the home and design screens. Ads are always non-personalised: the app does not read your advertising ID. Where the law requires it, you are asked for consent first, and you can change it any time in Settings > Ad privacy choices. Guests never see ads on an invitation.

Guests

Guests do not need an account or the app. When a guest opens a personal link we record that it was opened (preview robots of WhatsApp and similar apps are ignored), and store the reply they choose to send. The host who sent the link can see this.

Wishes

Guests can write wishes on an invitation. A wish (the name the guest types and the message) is visible to everyone who has the invitation link. The host can hide or delete any wish, or turn wishes off. Wishes are deleted with the invitation or the host's account.

How long we keep data

Shared invitations stay online until you stop sharing them, delete them, or delete your account. When you stop sharing, the link stops working. Purchase records are kept as long as required for accounting.

Delete your account and data

In the app: Settings > Delete account. This immediately deletes your account, every invitation you shared (the links stop working), their guest lists and replies, photos and preview images.

Without the app: email aathisview@gmail.com from the Google account you used, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

Delete only some data, keep the account: in the app, delete an invitation (its link, guest list, replies, wishes and photos are deleted with it), remove a guest, delete or hide a wish, or remove gallery photos.

Drafts that were never shared exist only on your phone: uninstalling the app, or Settings > Delete all data, removes them.

Children

My Invite Card is meant for adults planning events. It is not directed at children under 13.

உங்கள் போனில் மட்டும்

பகிராத வரைவுகளும் அமைப்புகளும்.
விருந்தினர் தொலைபேசி எண்கள்: தொடர்புகளிலிருந்து நீங்கள் தேர்ந்தெடுத்தவர்களை மட்டுமே ஆப் படிக்கும்; எண்கள் போனை விட்டு வெளியேறாது.
நினைவூட்டல்கள் போனிலேயே அமைக்கப்படுகின்றன.
கேமரா: வாசல் வருகைப் பதிவிலும் மொய் மேசையிலும் விருந்தினர் QR குறியீட்டைப் படிக்க மட்டுமே; புகைப்படம் எடுக்கப்படுவதோ சேமிக்கப்படுவதோ இல்லை.
மொய் பதிவேடும் மொய் கணக்கும்: நீங்கள் பதியும் மொய் விவரங்களும் (பெயர், ஊர், ரொக்கம், UPI, பரிசு), பிறர் விழாக்களில் நீங்கள் செய்த மொய் குறிப்புகளும் உங்கள் போனில் மட்டுமே இருக்கும்; எங்கும் பதிவேற்றப்படாது.
நன்றிச் செய்திகளும் அவற்றுடன் சேர்க்கும் புகைப்படமும் போனிலேயே தயாராகி, வாட்ஸ்அப் அல்லது நீங்கள் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கும் ஆப் மூலம் அனுப்பப்படும்.
விருந்தினர் பட்டியல், மொய் பதிவேடு ஏற்றுமதிகள் போனிலேயே உருவாகின்றன; நீங்கள் பகிரும் இடத்திற்கு மட்டுமே செல்லும்.

ஆன்லைனில் சேமிக்கப்படுவது

உள்நுழையும்போது உங்கள் Google பெயர், மின்னஞ்சல், பயனர் அடையாளம்; அல்லது மின்னஞ்சல் மூலம் உள்நுழைந்தால் நீங்கள் உள்ளிடும் பெயர், மின்னஞ்சல், கடவுச்சொல் (Firebase இல் மறைகுறியாக்கப்பட்ட வடிவில் மட்டும்; எங்களால் படிக்க முடியாது). பதிவின்போது தொலைபேசி எண் சேர்த்தால் (விருப்பத்தேர்வு), அது உங்கள் கணக்குடன் சேமிக்கப்பட்டு புதிய அழைப்பிதழ்களில் தொடர்பு எண்ணாக முன்கூட்டியே நிரப்பப்படும்; பகிர்வதற்கு முன் அதை மாற்றலாம் அல்லது நீக்கலாம்.
நீங்கள் பகிரும் அழைப்பிதழ்கள் (உரை, வடிவமைப்பு, புகைப்படம், புகைப்படத் தொகுப்பு, முன்னோட்டப் படம், நீங்கள் சேர்த்தால் மொய்க்கான UPI ID, நேரலை இணைப்பு). இணைப்பு உள்ளவர்கள் மட்டுமே பார்க்க முடியும்.
தனிப்பட்ட இணைப்புகளுக்கான விருந்தினர் பெயர், குழு (தொலைபேசி எண் இல்லை), இணைப்பு திறக்கப்பட்டதா, அவர்கள் அனுப்பும் பதில், வருகைப் பதிவு செய்தால் வந்த நேரம்.
அறிவிப்புகளை அனுமதித்தால்: உங்கள் போனுக்கான அறிவிப்பு அடையாளம், ஆப் மொழி, நீங்கள் இயக்கிய அறிவிப்பு வகைகள், ஆப்பில் காணும் அறிவிப்புப் பட்டியல். வெளியேறினால் போன் நீக்கப்படும்; கணக்கை நீக்கினால் அனைத்தும் நீக்கப்படும்.
ஆப் செயலிழந்தால், Firebase Crashlytics ஒரு தொழில்நுட்ப அறிக்கையை அனுப்பும் (குறியீட்டுப் பிழை, போன் மாடல், Android பதிப்பு, ஆப் பதிப்பு, சீரற்ற நிறுவல் அடையாளம்). பெயர், மின்னஞ்சல், அழைப்பிதழ் அல்லது விருந்தினர் தகவல் இல்லை; பிழைகளைச் சரிசெய்ய மட்டுமே.
ஆப் நம்பகத்தன்மை சோதனை: கோரிக்கைகள் உண்மையான போனில் உள்ள உண்மையான ஆப்பிலிருந்து வருகின்றனவா என்று Firebase App Check, Google Play Integrity மூலம் சரிபார்க்கிறது (தவறான பயன்பாட்டைத் தடுக்க). தனிப்பட்ட தகவல் இல்லாத, குறுகிய காலம் செல்லும் ஒரு டோக்கன் மட்டுமே அனுப்பப்படும்.
பிரீமியம் வாங்கியிருந்தால் Google Play ஆர்டர் எண். கட்டண விவரங்கள் எங்களுக்கு வருவதில்லை.

விளம்பரங்கள்

இலவசப் பதிப்பில் முகப்பு மற்றும் வடிவமைப்புத் திரைகளில் Google AdMob விளம்பரம் வரலாம். விளம்பரங்கள் எப்போதும் தனிப்பயனாக்கப்படாதவை; விளம்பர அடையாளத்தை ஆப் படிப்பதில்லை. விருந்தினர்கள் அழைப்பிதழில் விளம்பரம் பார்க்க மாட்டார்கள்.

வாழ்த்துகள்

விருந்தினர்கள் அழைப்பிதழில் வாழ்த்து எழுதலாம். அவர்கள் எழுதும் பெயரும் வாழ்த்தும் இணைப்பு உள்ள அனைவருக்கும் தெரியும். அழைப்பவர் எந்த வாழ்த்தையும் மறைக்கலாம், நீக்கலாம் அல்லது வாழ்த்துச் சுவரை அணைக்கலாம்.

கணக்கையும் தரவையும் நீக்க

ஆப்பில்: அமைப்புகள் > கணக்கை நீக்கு. உங்கள் கணக்கு, பகிர்ந்த அனைத்து அழைப்பிதழ்கள், விருந்தினர் பதில்கள், புகைப்படங்கள் உடனே நீக்கப்படும்.

ஆப் இல்லாமல்: பயன்படுத்திய Google கணக்கிலிருந்து aathisview@gmail.com க்கு "Delete my account" என்று மின்னஞ்சல் அனுப்புங்கள். 30 நாட்களுக்குள் நீக்கி உறுதிசெய்வோம்.

கணக்கை வைத்துக்கொண்டு சில தரவை மட்டும் நீக்க: ஆப்பில் ஒரு அழைப்பிதழை நீக்கலாம் (அதன் இணைப்பு, விருந்தினர் பட்டியல், பதில்கள், வாழ்த்துகள், புகைப்படங்கள் சேர்ந்து நீக்கப்படும்), ஒரு விருந்தினரை நீக்கலாம், வாழ்த்தை நீக்கலாம் அல்லது மறைக்கலாம், தொகுப்புப் புகைப்படங்களை நீக்கலாம்.
